Paul Hughes is President and Founder of Kingdom Forerunners, a Prayer, Justice, and Mission leadership non-profit based in Birmingham, AL. Paul served for more than 25 years with the campus ministry of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. He has authored two books and is committed to campus, city, and regional transformation through prayer centered strategies. Paul is married to Lucy Downey Hughes, Together they have three sons, two who are married, and four grandchildren.

Tami Flick is a professional musician who is equally at home leading worship, directing a choir, or playing her flute in a symphony. She directs the Kalamazoo House of Prayer: www.kzohop.org and www.facebook.com/KalamazooHouseOfPrayer.org. Tami oversees the day to day function of the prayer room as well as oversees the staff, internship program, as well as trainings for KHOP’s worship and prayer leaders. She is also one of the founders of the Revive Worship Initiative, an annual multi-cultural, multi-church worship conference that began in 2015: www. reviveworship.info.
Tami also serves on the Jesus Loves Kalamazoo Vision Team, a team of pastors and leaders that help steward an evangelistic unity movement sovereignly birthed over 11 years ago when Holy Spirit-breathed revival fell simultaneously upon two youth groups, one from a predominantly white church and one from a predominantly black church….and these two youth groups began to take the gospel to the streets of Kalamazoo together. Tami is married to her best friend and husband of 17 years, John Flick. They LOVE the presence of God! John and Tami are dedicated to seeing their city experience Kingdom transformation and believe that united night and day prayer is a huge key! They have two amazing children - Ellie (12) and Robert (10). As a family they love to geocache, swim at the family cottage, hike in the nearby woods, ride bikes, play games, eat Plainwell ice cream, do street ministry with Jesus Loves Kzoo, and hang out with family and friends.

Jon Quesenberry is the Director of the Charlottesville House of Prayer in Charlottesville, Virginia and Pastor of the Restoration Cornerstone Church in Crozet, Virginia. Jon has an MDiv from Eastern Mennonite Seminary. He is a church planter and prophetic teacher. Currently, Jon is also involved in a church plant (The Dwelling Place) in Charlottesville. He is married to Carol, his wife of 32 years, and has four wonderful children. Jon’s passion is the pursuit of the presence of God and cultivation of presence-based community.
